Woven Geotextiles
Woven geotextiles are high-strength fabrics made of synthetic yarns interwoven in a regular pattern. In ground improvement, they are mainly used to reinforce and stabilize soft or compressible soils. By evenly distributing the load, woven geotextiles can increase the bearing capacity of roadbeds, seawalls and backfill areas, reduce differential settlement, and improve long-term overall load-bearing performance. Their low elongation and high tensile strength make them ideal for load-bearing applications. In addition, they are used in containment systems, such as landfills or beneath retaining structures to prevent punctures and keep structures separated.
